International lecturer and Disney customer services guru, Jez Rose, recently announced the launch of his new book Have A Crap Day.  Hailed as the first book on the subject to make readers feel truly passionate about customer service and wanting to do things differently, he will be donating profits from his book sales, for a promotional period, to the Contented Dementia Trust.

Jez has witnessed at first hand the impact of dementia, as his Grandmother is suffering from the debilitating disease. “It struck me watching my Grandmother fade away, that all we have to determine who we are is our mind. Without it, we aren’t us anymore. My book focuses on the importance of people and how each of us has the ability to be extraordinary…. the first month of a book’s launch is normally the busiest, so I wanted to donate all of the profits from my book for that time, to capitalise on the first flurry of sales.”
