Joe Biggs, a paramedic in the film and event industries has decided to get fit and healthy again after several years of neglecting exercise and healthy eating. Not one to do things by half, he has signed up for his very first SuperSprint Triathlon and has made the decision to raise money for charity at the same time. Joe says
